Agreement
for Assignment-
An
Agreement for Assignment is a legal and binding document which assigns or
transfers a judgment from the judgment creditor to a third party to enforce.
Assets-
All
property available for the payment of debts (cash, notes and accounts
receivable, securities, or real estate).
Civil
Suit- (Civil Action)
An action
brought to enforce, redress, or protect private rights. In general, all types
of actions other than criminal proceedings.
Compensation-
An action
to help make things equivalent; satisfy or make amends. A rate, remuneration
reimbursement or consideration of any kind paid, payable or received,
directly or indirectly. Gain or reward.

Creditor-
A person
or company to whom a debt is owing by another person or company whom is the
"Debtor".

Debtor-
One who
owes a debt to another who is called the "Creditor".

Enforce-
To put
into execution; to cause to take effect.

Garnish-
To attach
(legally take) money, usually wages or commissions, or a bank account for
payment of a debt.

A formal
decision given by a court. An obligation (as a debt) created by the decree of
a court.
